We work with powerplants of a single type \u2014 this ensures compatibility with the aircraft structure and compliance with the requirements of aviation regulators.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"page-hero__heading h3\">Powerplant selection<\/h2>\n<p class=\"page-hero__description text-medium\">Engine selection is based on two key factors \u2014 service life and the customer's budget:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"page-hero__list text-medium\">\n<li><strong>Operating service life.<\/strong> We take account of the planned intensity of operation and the required powerplant service life \u2014 and select an option that makes the fullest use of the helicopter's capabilities without exhausting its service life prematurely.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budget.<\/strong> We offer solutions across different price segments: from engines with restored service life to new units \u2014 so that you can choose the option with the best total cost of ownership, taking into account installation and subsequent maintenance costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"page-hero__heading h3\">Re-engining stages<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"page-hero__list text-medium\">\n<li><strong>Removal of the old powerplant.<\/strong> We carry this out in accordance with the process sheet, retaining components suitable for reuse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Installation of the new powerplant.<\/strong> We install the engine with verification of all connections and mounting parameters.<\/li>\n<li><strong>System setting up and testing.<\/strong> We carry out adjustment and calibration and verify the operation of all interfacing systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Testing.<\/strong> We perform ground and flight checks to confirm normal operation of the powerplant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"page-hero__heading h3\">Documentation processing<\/h2>\n<p class=\"page-hero__description text-medium\">On completion of the work we provide a full set of documents for returning the helicopter to service \u2014 including reports, test records and entries for service life accounting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"page-hero__description text-medium\">If you need powerplant re-engining, contact Armada-Group.
