Armada-Group offers helicopter wet lease (ACMI) — a ready-made solution for businesses, government bodies and private customers who need responsiveness, safety and no obligation to build their own flight and technical infrastructure.

We take on every aspect of aircraft operation: from selecting the aircraft and forming the crew to obtaining the permits and arranging the flights.

Why wet lease is the optimal choice

The "helicopter plus crew" format is particularly in demand where aviation support has to be deployed quickly without diverting the company's own resources:

• Readiness for departure at short notice. We ensure the prompt provision of aircraft and crew, which is critical for urgent tasks — from evacuation to cargo delivery to hard-to-reach areas.
• Guaranteed flight crew qualifications. All pilots hold valid certificates, substantial flight hours and experience of operating in difficult weather conditions and at various types of site.
• Full compliance with regulatory requirements. We handle flight permits, route approvals, insurance and other mandatory procedures ourselves.
• Clear allocation of responsibility. The contract clearly defines the areas of responsibility: Armada-Group is responsible for the technical condition of the helicopter, crew training and compliance with the regulations, while the client is responsible for defining the task and providing the input data.

Helicopter fleet for wet lease

At our disposal are proven and widely sought-after models that are optimally suited to different types of task:

• Mi-8/Mi-17 and their variants. Versatile aircraft able to carry passengers and cargo and to perform special-purpose operations. They are valued for their reliability, payload capacity and ability to operate in harsh climatic conditions.
• Ka-32. Ideal for tasks where manoeuvrability, hover precision and operation in confined conditions matter — for example, construction and installation operations, firefighting or evacuation from restricted sites.
• Other helicopter types — selected individually to suit the specifics of the mission, taking into account range, payload, basing conditions and equipment requirements.
