Armada-Group delivers training, retraining and professional development programmes for aviation personnel. Our task is to provide specialists with the up-to-date knowledge and practical skills required for the safe and efficient operation of aircraft.

We offer training for pilots, crew members and engineering and technical personnel that takes into account the specifics of working with helicopters — including Mi- and Ka-series aircraft. The programmes are built around real operating conditions and industry requirements.

Key training areas

• Pilot training and retraining. During the courses pilots master standard operating procedures, practise actions in normal and abnormal situations, and refine their flying skills in various weather conditions. Particular attention is paid to interaction with ground services and compliance with flight regulations.
• Crew member training. The programmes are designed to build coordinated crew performance: allocation of duties, communication, and actions in the event of deviations from normal flight conditions or in emergencies. Trainees practise standard scenarios that help raise the level of flight safety.
• Advanced training for engineering and technical personnel. Specialists study the design features and scheduled maintenance of helicopter equipment, learn to work with technical documentation, apply methods for monitoring the condition of units and assemblies, and verify the authenticity of components. The course covers current requirements for the preparation of reporting and accompanying documents.
• Practical modules and review of operational cases. The training is built around real tasks: participants examine typical faults, analyse the causes of deviations in system operation and practise action algorithms in accordance with the operating documentation. This approach consolidates the skills required in day-to-day work.

Format and delivery of the programmes

We take a flexible approach to training and offer several formats:

• In-person format at agreed venues — for in-depth development of practical skills and direct interaction with the instructors.
• On-site sessions — our specialists can deliver training at the customer's premises, which is convenient for large operators and service centres.
• Blended format — the theory is delivered remotely, while practical training is conducted in person. This optimises time and resources without any loss in the quality of training.

When drawing up training curricula we take account of the applicable regulatory requirements and rely on current operating documentation. Programmes are adapted to specific aircraft types and to the customer's objectives.

On completion of the training, participants receive a set of documents confirming that they have completed the programme, together with recommendations for the further development of their professional competencies.
