Maintenance
of helicopters — a guarantee of
reliability and flight safety
Order service
Armada-Group performs maintenance of helicopters, ensuring their serviceability, regulatory compliance and readiness for operation. We work with various aircraft types and carry out both scheduled and unscheduled work — in strict accordance with the manufacturers' manuals.
Types of maintenance we perform
- Periodic maintenance. Performed on the basis of flight hours or calendar time — depending on the requirements of the operating documentation. Such checks make it possible to detect wear of units in good time and prevent potential failures.
- Line maintenance. Carried out before departure and after landing: includes inspection of the main systems, leak checks, monitoring of fluid levels and assessment of the condition of the landing gear and other critical elements.
- Seasonal maintenance. Preparing the aircraft for operation in different climatic conditions — for the cold or the warm season. This work includes checking the heating and air-conditioning systems and the condition of the batteries, replacing operating fluids and other necessary procedures.
- Unscheduled maintenance. Performed when deviations in equipment operation are detected, after abnormal situations or at the operator's request. The scope of work is determined by the results of diagnostics.
- Inspections and defect surveys. These cover visual and instrument inspection of assemblies and units and the identification of damage, corrosion, cracks and other defects, with subsequent recording in the reporting documentation.
- Replacement of components and consumables. Carried out in accordance with the maintenance schedule: filters, seals, brake pads, lamps, fasteners and other life-limited parts are replaced.
- System checks and adjustment. The parameters of the fuel, hydraulic, electrical and other systems are set, the operation of the controls is checked, and adjustments are made to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
- Post-maintenance testing. Once the work is completed, functional checks and test runs are performed to confirm that all systems are serviceable and that the helicopter is ready for further operation.
- Documentation support. On completion of maintenance, a full set of documents is compiled: work completion certificates, inspection reports, entries in item logbooks and data sheets — everything required to confirm the work performed and for further service life accounting.
